Ben has invested 15 years and a considerable amount of money in his career development. He has interned with and studied under the world’s leading trainers, doctors, coaches and surgeons and has amassed a wealth of knowledge which distinguishes him as one of the country’s leading trainers.
Ben started training people over fifteen years ago, opening his first studio in 1999, and in that time has worked with a range of people, from cancer patients to world champions, helping his clients attain optimum health and fitness levels through a multi-disciplinary approach.
Ben is a follower of the Japanese system of Kaizen - never-ending self improvement - and as such continues to study around the world under some of the medicine and the health and fitness industry’s leading figures. Through his years of acquired knowledge and experience Ben knows what truly works from the ceaseless fitness fads.
Qualified in nutrition, and as a qualified blood analyst, Ben can ascertain your personal dietary requirements and create a diet and supplementary recommendation specifically for you. Ben has studied in numerous areas including spinal pathologies (he has run a back clinic), injury rehabilitation, pilates and strength and conditioning coaching, offering his clients a truly comprehensive and holistic service. From his years of nutritional studies, Ben has his own range of supplements which he continues to develop and expand.
An advocate of youth fitness, Ben is a qualified and fully insured youth fitness instructor and is qualified to teach up to Key Stage 4 of the national curriculum. (Ben is also Advanced CRB Disclosure certificated).
