


For your nutritional consultation you will be asked to fill in a diary which will be emailed to you. This will show your lifestyle patterns, food preferences, intolerances and other such details. We don’t just look at what you eat because that would be looking at only half of the picture, which does not help you because what and when you eat affects everything – how you sleep, think, perform, quite literally everything. The old adage is true, you really are what you eat.
You will be given suitable, sustainable guidelines to follow, a personal eating plan and food lists. Ongoing support is provided to ensure your success.
