


Diet is for some the most difficult aspect of their lives to master. With so much temptation always around us, and an overwhelming amount of often conflicting information, it can be difficult to know what are the right things to eat. Often people are advised to follow a plan that is just not sustainable in the real world and so end up confused, often giving up and/or feeling guilty about what they eat. More stress for you to deal with!
Some people will have to make changes to their lives, for example missing breakfast is never a good idea. But we believe alterations need to be sustainable and palatable! We encourage our members to post favourite recipe ideas on our members area to help eachother and keep variety in your diet. Good diet is the key to a great life. If you are eating right you are healthy and if you are healthy you will experience increased energy levels and the desire to exercise, in short when you feel great life is great - you really are what you eat!
