Program for you

We are all subject to certain physiological and psychological factors, and as such your approach to improving your fitness should be a truly individual one. Your requirements are very probably different to those of your friend, and this individuality applies on many levels, not just physically. On a psychological  level some people can’t stand going to the gym and so would require a different program to those who love working out.

Your programme will be changed on a regular basis, for some this will be every few weeks, for others every session. You must keep on gaining physically from your efforts, and must also be mentally stimulated – doing the same exercises over and over again will not excite you nor will it excite your body!

We also understand that some people have busy schedules, that sometimes life just gets in the way! Should this happen, your programme will be adjusted so you get the most benefit from your sessions – this may be an intense thirty minute circuit session between meetings or a relaxing massage. Whatever works best for you.
